FAQ

As the ministry of R|M winds to a close in April 2025, we know you may have questions about what this means for content partnerships, both past and future. Here are a few Q&As that may be helpful in preparing for this transition. If you have additional questions not answered here, please reach out to Annie: submissions@risenmotherhood.com.

Why Is R|M Calling Year 10 Our Last?

Emily and Laura share more of their heart behind this transition here.

Can I Still Submit Articles?

We understand that you may wish to focus your writing efforts elsewhere in the coming months, but rest assured that we are still accepting new articles! We continue to work in accordance with our mission and are seeking gospel-centered articles that can serve moms all the way to our finish line. Note: We anticipate our readership will remain steady or even increase in the coming months as our ministry draws to a close.

What Topics Are Helpful for Future Submissions?

While we’re not planning on any major themed article series, we’ll have an eye out for seasonal topics (back to school, holidays, etc.), general motherhood encouragement, and pieces specifically designed to “commission” moms towards continuing to grow in their own gospel knowledge and application and passing that along to their children and fellow moms coming up behind them. For authors with book projects releasing soon, we’re also still available for original article partnerships as our content calendar allows. Feel free to continue pitching ideas or sending submissions in alignment with our guidelines to submissions@risenmotherhood.com.

What Is the Last Date I Can Submit to R|M?

Depending on the volume of submissions, we plan to continue accepting new articles until February 1, 2025. If slots fill prior, we will update this page accordingly.

What Happens to My Articles After the R|M Sunset?

While the ministry will stop posting new content in April 2025, all article content will continue to be housed on our site (with limited monitoring) for one full year, enabling moms to still connect with those resources and authors to access their work. We hope you’ll be able to repurpose your excellent submissions on other blogs, websites, or platforms and encourage you to copy over any content if you haven’t saved it already. In April 2026, the R|M site will be shut down and published resources will no longer be accessible.

How Do I Keep in Touch with the R|M Editorial Team?

We’re so grateful for the many sweet relationships we’ve built with our author community over the years! We’d love to keep up with your future writing and ministry projects as able; feel free to stay connected with Emily and Annie via social media or email.
